Flounder

Flounder is a mild flavoured flatfish. Its an everyday fish which is easy to prepare. Very popular to have in a gratin, or breaded and fried. The fillets weigh between 100 and 120 grams. You can pick up one and a bit from the box just as it suits you. Each piece is glazed, which guarantees a wonderful taste experience.
