Product description

Tunafish is a great tasting and healthy fish. The meat is quite firm and can be prepared on the grill or frypan. Be sure not to have them on the grill/pan for too long because the meat will easily get dry. Tuna has healthy, unsaturated fat, Omega-3, Omega-6 and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E.
